    Crowned Web Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides web design, development, branding, and digital marketing services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

    By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

    We offer a variety of digital services including but not limited to:

    • Branding and logo design
    • Search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Marketing and advertising services
    • Website maintenance and updates

    All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Respond to communications in a timely manner
    • Supply necessary content (text, images, branding materials) when required
    • Ensure they have rights to any materials provided

    Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.

    4. Payments & Billing

    • Payment terms will be outlined in individual invoices or service agreements
    • A deposit may be required before work begins
    • All payments must be made in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed
    • Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees

    All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    5. Refund Policy

    Due to the custom nature of digital services, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment:

    • Clients receive rights to the final delivered website/designs unless otherwise specified
    • Crowned Web Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional materials
    • Any third-party assets used remain subject to their original licensing terms

    7. Revisions

    Project packages may include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

    8. Project Timelines

    Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of each project. Timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, project complexity, and scope changes.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Crowned Web Design is not responsible for loss of revenue, website downtime, or third-party service failures. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if terms are violated, abusive behavior occurs, or payment obligations are not met.
